Staff are friendly but firm controlling numbers in store at any given moment. Aisles are roomy allowing social distancing with the shelves well stocked, clearly labelled and logically organised. The changes to check out procedure are a massive improvement and I hope will remain in the post covid world.

Have been to many Bookers over the last few years & have found the Swindon branch to be the best-the staff are friendly & helpful as is the manager Mike. During the current covid situation they have been extremely helpful & i wouldn't hesitate to recommend the branch to anyone.

This place is old, tired and need of a major overhaul along with some of the staffs attitudes. I cringe when I have to go here, I'd rather rest my wet testes on an electric fence tbh. I went in last week to purchase 10 things, came out with 1 as the pricing on the other 9 is well above retail... example case of branded 330ml fizzy drinks 12.84 plus vat.... I can purchase the same from a small chain for 5.55 plus vat... even people on Facebook are selling them cheaper! Nobody retrieves the trolleys in the car park and the only thing that was going for this place was the burrito van outside.
